Response to Failure, Fight or Flight Generally individuals react to failure differently and effect of failure on their life is also different and of course it also depends on magnitude of failure and other properties surrounding it. But as per my observation there would be only two type of response to Failure from people and they also define their life and destiny. One response is fight and other one is flight. Some people fight to failure till end until it converts into success and others are simply run away from it.

Managing Anger | find Peace of Mind | Making anger your secret weapon

I know above title is tricky one because generally people believe that after releasing anger they may find peace of mind instead of managing anger. I completely disagree with them. I never believe for single minute that after releasing anger to someone you can able to find peace of mind or managing anger. As per my experience and point of view anger damage most who is angry not who is victim of someone’s venom. Constant anger for someone or something just eats you whole. So managing anger is must required for personal growth
